Ordering and Shipping Policy

Before placing your order, please review all shipping details carefully. Once payment is made, you agree to our shipping policies. We process orders in the order payments are received, and because we are a small breeding farm—not a high-production hatchery—we cannot provide exact shipping dates. Our breeding flocks remain small to ensure exceptional quality in every bird we raise.

We specialize in heritage poultry, and factors like laying patterns and fertility are naturally beyond our control. The hatching and shipping process takes time and cannot be rushed. When your chicks or pullets are ready to ship, we will call or text you with your tracking number. All orders ship via Priority Mail Express, the fastest shipping method available for live birds. Delivery typically takes two to three days. While the shipping label may display a guaranteed date, the postal service does not guarantee delivery times for live animals. Please note, shipping charges are non-refundable.

Conditions for Guarantee

  • Birds must be picked up from the post office within 2 hours of their arrival.
  • Upon arriving home, place the chicks in their brooder immediately.
  • If any chicks are DOA, take clear photos while they are still in the box and email them to us immediately.
  • If any additional chicks die within 12 hours of arrival, photograph them in the original box and send the photos to us right away.
  • We guarantee chicks for 72 hours from the time of pickup—no longer.
  • Proof of death is required for us to file postal insurance claims.

We will not issue refunds if:

  • Birds are not picked up within the 2-hour window.
  • Losses are not reported within 12 hours of receipt.

Live Arrival Guarantee

We guarantee live delivery to your post office. If any chicks or pullets arrive dead on arrival (DOA), we will either replace the bird or issue a refund for its cost. The decision on whether to replace or refund will be made by us.

Fertile Egg Orders

We make no guarantee on fertile egg hatch rates. Once eggs leave our farm, we cannot control the incubation process. We will not issue refunds for poor or failed hatch rates—ordering eggs means you accept this risk.

If your eggs arrive damaged, take photos immediately and contact us without delay.
